Shipping and Delivery notes
  1. We can only deliver products to physical addresses within the borders of the Republic of South Africa.
  2. Our office hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30 to 4 and Fridays 8:30 to 3 so any orders placed outside these hours will be processed the following business day.
  3. Standard deliveries will be made within 3-5 business days upon acceptance of your order. Note: We make use of third-party couriers and their standard times are as follows:
    • We will dispatch from our warehouse within 24-48 hours from invoice.
    • Courier timelines are 24-48 hours for main centres and 72-96 hours for outlying areas.
